- Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- You received a damaged product.
- You received the wrong item.
- The product has a manufacturing defect.
To be eligible for a return:
- The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and invoices should be included.
- Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Products showing signs of use.
- Customized or personalized products (unless damaged or incorrect).
- Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made to the customer’s bank account or another approved method.
- Replacement
If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund, depending on product availability.
- Return Shipping
- If the return is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), the return shipping cost will be borne by Abbas Handicrafts.
- If a return is accepted for any other approved reason, the customer may be responsible for return shipping charges.
- Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please follow the return process after delivery.
- Damaged Package
If you receive a package that appears damaged, please take photos or a video before opening it and contact us as soon as possible.
